- QPIDJMS-393 - async send CompletionListener not signalled when sent while TX is in doubt
- QPIDJMS-394 - CompletionListener can be signalled in error when send blocked waiting for failover
- QPIDJMS-395 - remote connection closure can lead to send exception even though failover is enabled
